2011: Presenter of seminar at the University of Waterloo on adapting to the revolution in biotechnology. This seminar was presented on the occasion of his 50th anniversary of G. M. 2010: G. M. Chippendale was a team participant in a feasibility study directed by BNIM Architects for a Climate Sustainability Center planned for the heart of Kansas City. The Center was designed to have the following functions: research and business incubation, education and workforce training, and a botanical garden emphasizing urban agriculture.

2009: Panelist at the 2009 Life Sciences Summit, the Annual Conference of the Missouri Biotechnology Association (MOBIO). Topic: Missouri’s Life Sciences Trust Fund. The purpose of this fund is to enhance the state’s capacity to perform research to benefit the health and welfare of its residents.

2009: Newspaper Article. The following PDF (Flad-IU2-Web_509) describes a project at Indiana University, Bloomington, in which Chippendale Consulting, LLC is participating. The project deals with the scientific and sociological implications of the move of a research group to new laboratory space in a multidisciplinary building.
